Rev. Roseanne O’Connor and Rev. Saskia Dowell are mother and daughter ordained in African-based traditional faith and the Universal Life Church Ministries. They have opened their officiant services to people of all beliefs, realizing that there is a need for these services for those who do not have a church home, have a multi-faith family, or want the same respect without the confines of a church.

Rev. Rosanne and Rev. Saskia have a solid commitment to providing officiant services for everyone. They truly believe in serving people of all faiths, traditions, and backgrounds. Officiant 4 U offers specific faith, inter-faith, spiritual, and secular (non-religious) ceremonies.
